Terms of Service

By accessing or using the website, public registries, developer API keys, sandbox workspaces, or node validation engines of Apex Legal Bridge Inc. ("Apex Legal Bridge", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you are accessing these resources on behalf of an enterprise entity, commercial bank, regulatory authority, or legal partnership, you warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

Apex Legal Bridge provides decentralized cryptographic document integrity verification. The service maps SHA-256 signatures generated client-side against timestamp entries locked inside a cryptographic ledger.

We grant qualified developers and institutions a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our APIs and developer tools for checking document anchors:

• Credential Protection: You are solely responsible for securing your API client IDs, private keys, and authorization secrets. Compromised keys must be revoked immediately.
• Rate Limiting: Standard sandbox accounts are capped at 50,000 queries per month. Spamming requests or executing denial-of-service loops will lead to automatic system lockouts.
• No Sandbox Anchoring: Testing certificates and test document keys created inside the Developer Sandbox will not be committed to the production consensus ledger. They are temporary and subject to periodic purges.

OUR CRYPTOGRAPHIC REGISTRY IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Apex Legal Bridge operates a decoupled trust infrastructure. Since we do not host or receive the raw document contents, we cannot check files for accuracy, typos, or legal compliance.

When interacting with the platform or querying consensus registries, you agree NOT to:

• Submit malicious hashes designed to trigger code injection vulnerabilities in verification portals.
• Reverse engineer or decompile the client-side binary hashing scripts, validator assemblies, or private node clients.
• Impersonate any Apex Legal Bridge entity, support employee, or validator registry officer.
• Sell, lease, or sub-license API keys to unauthorized third parties without a signed Enterprise Agreement.

The technology stack powering Apex Legal Bridge, including but not limited to the design patterns, trademarks, API schemas, consensus routing algorithms, UI layouts, and brand logos, is the exclusive intellectual property of Apex Legal Bridge Inc.

"Apex Legal Bridge", the Gold Crest Seal logo, and all related brand graphics are registered trademarks. You may not display or use them without prior written authorization, except as automatically rendered by our official API widgets and trust badges.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the developer sandbox, API keys, or verification dashboards without notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms or the Acceptable Use guidelines.
• Your API integration experiences query surges that compromise the stability of our verification servers.
• We are compelled to do so by local or international banking authorities, sanctions regulators, or laws.

Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms cease immediately, and you must destroy all API credentials in your possession.

These Terms, your license to use the developer portal, and all claims arising out of registry queries shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in New York City before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
